Unda Studio offers self-service reformer Pilates (UNDA ON-DEMAND) and instructor-led weekend classes (UNDA SOCIAL), at our physical studio in Bucharest.
Account
To book sessions you create an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
Bookings and payments
Sessions are booked online, via the app. Payment is made in advance through our processor Stripe. Prices are shown in lei and include VAT per Romanian law.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations at least 12 hours before a session are free. Cancellations between 2 and 12 hours receive account credit. Cancellations under 2 hours or no-shows deduct the session. Full details will be available at launch.
Studio conduct
Please arrive 5 minutes early, use the equipment with care, clean up after yourself, and respect other participants.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect on the date they are published on this page.
