Who we are
Unda Studio is a reformer Pilates studio in Bucharest. Full legal details (company name, registration ID, registered address) will be added here before launch.
What data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, password (encrypted).
- Booking data: the sessions you've signed up for, attendance, payment history.
- Payment data: handled by our processor Stripe, we do not directly store card details.
- Communication data: the messages you send us through the contact form or email.
How we use it
We use your data to confirm bookings, process payments, send notifications related to your sessions, and for communications strictly necessary to your account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection. Send a request to contact@undastudio.ro.
Retention
Your account data is stored for as long as your account is active. Fiscal invoices are kept for 10 years per Romanian law, regardless of whether you close your account.
