What deletion means
On your request, we permanently delete your account, personal data and booking history. This action is irreversible.
What we do not delete: issued fiscal invoices, which must be kept for 10 years per Romanian law. These are anonymised as far as the law permits.
How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@undastudio.ro from the address you registered with, with subject "Account deletion request." We confirm the request within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
When the app is available, you'll be able to request deletion directly from your profile screen.
